Our Story

Each of us has our own version of the American Dream. Whatever it is, it usually involves a place we call home. Since 2002, it’s been our mission at First Community Mortgage to help more and more people secure their piece of the American Dream. Based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, First Community Mortgage has operations and retail offices throughout the United States. We are licensed to lend in 46 states.

In addition to retail lending, our Correspondent Division purchases closed loans from other banks, credit unions, and independent mortgage bankers. Our Wholesale Division provides underwriting and closing services to small banks, credit unions, and mortgage brokers.
